A Personalised Consensus-Reaching Process for Group Decision-Making Under Dynamic Trust Networks
摘要
In social network group decision-making (SNGDM), trust relationships, as one of the most fundamental and influential forms of social relationships, play a vital role in promoting consensus-reaching among decision-makers (DMs). In real-world decision-making scenarios, trust relationships between DMs are gradually established through ongoing historical interactions and evolve as the decision-making process progresses. However, traditional consensus models usually focus on static trust relationships and overlook the dynamic nature of trust evolution. To this end, this paper introduces a consensus model driven by dynamic trust relationships for SNGDM. Specifically, a trust updating method considering both opinion conflict and cooperative attitude is proposed to more comprehensively capture the dynamic changes in trust relationships among DMs. Subsequently, a determination method for the dynamic weights of DMs is proposed by considering multi-dimensional factors, which can accurately reflect their practical influence and significance in SNGDM. Based on the dynamic trust relationships, a personalised consensus-reaching process (CRP) is developed to promote group consensus-reaching. During the CRP, a novel identification mechanism is proposed to improve decision-making efficiency and reduce the waste of decision resources. Moreover, to generate reliable and highly acceptable adjustment advice, a personalized adjustment mechanism that considers DMs’ trust relationships and reliability is developed. Then, a numerical example illustrates the feasibility of the consensus model. Finally, comparative and simulation analyses illustrate the effectiveness and advantages of the model in facilitating consensus-reaching.
