<p>The morphological, biometric, and physiological characterization of five <i>Myrciaria dubia</i> (Kunth) McVaugh clones from the Embrapa Eastern Amazon Active Germplasm Bank revealed significant quantitative variation relevant to pre-breeding. The fruit mass exhibited a range from 3.58 to 8.00&#xa0;g, with CPATU 2 demonstrating the highest values and the greatest pulp yield (63.67%), while CPATU 1 exhibited the highest productivity (11.12&#xa0;kg per plant) during the 2018/2019 harvest. The biometric traits of the seeds exhibited significant variability, with the 1,000-seed mass ranging from 527 to 771&#xa0;g. The performance of germination exhibited substantial variation among the clones. CPATU 2 demonstrated 98% germination and the shortest mean time to emergence (29.7&#xa0;days), whereas CPATU 1 and CPATU 9 exhibited the lowest germination (69.5% and 75%, respectively) and reduced seedling vigor. The formation of seedlings required an average of 47&#xa0;days across clones, with a range of 38 to 56&#xa0;days. Despite significant univariate differences in fruit, seed, and seedling traits, multivariate analyses (ANOSIM and NMDS) revealed limited group separation among clones, supporting the hypothesis that phenotypic variation is predominantly quantitative rather than qualitative. These results indicate the presence of sufficient morphophysiological diversity to support pre-breeding, supporting the indication of CPATU 2 as the clone with the most favorable combination of pulp yield, germination, and vigor under the conditions evaluated. The expansion of evaluations to additional environments is recommended to strengthen genotype selection for stable production.</p>
