<p>The principles of thermodynamics of condensed matter for systems biology are the fundamental theory of biology, providing a new explanation for many scientific questions. The clear consistency between this theory and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is evident. This paper explores the similarities between TCM concepts and systems biology, demonstrating that TCM is a scientific discipline. Our misunderstandings of TCM stem from misinterpretations of traditional thermodynamics. This offers a new perspective on understanding traditional Chinese medicine, connecting our daily experiences of the body and quantitative biology to modern medicine through a thermodynamic lens.</p>
