Mathematical Modeling of Suspension Lever Vibrations in a Friction Cylinder of a Take-Up Winder with Consideration of the Software-Controlled Movement of the Reciprocating Carriage
摘要
A high-speed take-up winder for large diameter packages is considered; its distinctive feature is the placement of the friction cylinder together with the drive and thread spreader on a pendulum suspension hinged to the carriage of reciprocating motion. The carriage moves vertically according to a specified law depending on the package radius, thus stabilizing the contact force between the package and the friction cylinder when winding large-diameter packages. A dynamic and mathematical model of the suspension lever was obtained, taking into account the non-restraining connection of the friction cylinder with the package, the nature of the contact force, and the characteristics of the carriage movement law.
