Effect of Acid and Enzymatic Hydrolysis of Cellulose on its Physicochemical Properties for Improved Moisture-Absorption

The technological process for producing cellulose composite has a significant influence on the results and physicochemical properties of the obtained cellulose. This makes studies of changes of various parameters of acid and enzymatic hydrolysis on the properties of fluff-pulp necessary and critical to produce single-use sanitary and hygienic products. The present work studied features of cellulose modification to activate the surface by destroying cellulose fibers during acid hydrolysis.
