摘要

Results from two-stage successive soaking of polyester nonwoven bases with acrylic and styreneacrylic aqueous dispersions and polyurethane solutions are presented. Preliminary soaking of nonwoven fabrics with a styrene-acrylic dispersion created an additional system of macro- and micropores in the material structure because of weak adhesion between the polyurethane and rubber binders. Preliminary structuring of a latex in a nonwoven fabric combined with subsequent soaking by a polyurethane solution was found to increase the physicomechanical parameters and hygienic properties of fibrous-porous composite materials.
