<p>The influence of acidic comonomers on the properties of fibers of acrylonitrile and methacrylate tercopolymers with 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid or itaconic acid was comparatively analyzed. The optimum content of acidic comonomers in the tercopolymer structures could range from 1.0 to 1.7 wt% to produce textile fibers; from 0.7 to 1.5 wt%, if itaconic acid was used as the acidic third comonomer.</p>

The influence of acidic comonomers on the properties of fibers of acrylonitrile and methacrylate tercopolymers with 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid or itaconic acid was comparatively analyzed.
