Synthesis of Tercopolymers of Acrylonitrile in Aprotic Solvents
摘要
Experimental data on the kinetics of free-radical synthesis in DMF, DMA, and DMSO of a fiber-forming tercopolymer based on acrylonitrile, methacrylate, and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid with varying contents of initiator and comonomers in the reaction mixture were reviewed to find ways of optimizing the technological process for producing polyacrylonitrile fibers. The macrokinetic parameters of the process for preparing the fiber-forming tercopolymer required to predict it under production conditions were determined. The effect of the nature of the aprotic solvent on the process kinetics was discussed.
