Prediction of the Kinetics of Target Substance Separation from a Collection of Encapsulated Polydispersed Granules
摘要
The influence of the size of particles and their size-wise distribution in a collection of encapsulated granules on the kinetics of target substance separation is analyzed. Carbamide granules with a styrene-acrylic polymer shell is used as the model substance. It is shown that the difference in the target component separation curve shape increases with increase in the dispersion coefficient of size-wise particle distribution. It is proposed to use fractionation by size for controlling the target component separation time.
