摘要

Preparation of biologically active fibers based on the sodium salt of alginic acid by spinning into a precipitation bath containing calcium ions was studied. The highly active antibacterial drug vancomycin, which should be assimilated into the body in small doses over a long time, was added to the spinning solutions to increase the level of biological activity. The effects of spinneret and orientational drawing on wet spinning and the physicomechanical properties of the alginate fibers were studied on a test stand. The kinetic laws were established. A mechanism of vancomycin release from the biologically active alginate fibers was proposed. The studied systems based on biologically active fibers of cross-linked alginate after textile processing could be used as bandages or transdermal vancomycin dosage forms.
