Application of Mathematical Statistics Methods in System Analysis of Factors Affecting Properties of Film Yarns
摘要
Statistical data processing methods were used in system analysis of factors affecting properties of film yarns .Three types of film yarns with different degrees of orientational drawing and containing different fillers were taken as the objects of the study, To check the hypothesis about the presence of statistically significant influence of the factors “drawing degree” and “aspect ratio” on the bulk electrical resistivity, nonparametric bifactorial dispersion analysis based on ranks was used. The conclusions drawn were confirmed, applying experiment design methods by constructing regressive relationship of bulk electrical resistivity with two studied factors. It was established that the bulk electrical resistivity of film yarns depends statistically significantly on the degree of orientational drawing, whereas its dependence on the filler type may be taken as negligible.
