Effect of Textile Materials Blend Composition on Duration and Continuity of Manufacturing Process at its Organizational Preparation Stage

The article focused on the problem of evaluating the effects of organizational and technical conditions on the continuity parameters of the manufacturing cycle. Research results on the effects of the blend composition together with given end-user properties of the textile materials on the parameters of their material capacity and processibility under nonconjugated manufacturing conditions are reported. A mechanism for evaluating the achieved level of continuity using organizational measures to reduce time losses upon changing the yarn fiber composition is proposed. The results enabled the development of standards for evaluating the continuity parameters with technical preparation of manufacturing and monitoring its effectiveness under given organizational and technical conditions.
