Methodology for Qualitative Evaluation of the Operating Properties of Polymer Textile Materials

Issues with a qualitative evaluation of the operating properties of polymer threads and textile items made of them during the design and organization of manufacturing were considered to launch a more competitive product. The operating properties of polymer threads and textile items made of them were qualitatively evaluated using mathematical modeling and prediction and a systemic analysis of the elastic, viscoelastic, and plastic properties of the threads. Methods for separating the total deformation and mechanical work of deformation of polymer threads into elastic, viscoelastic, and plastic components with considerable value for determining their functionality were also proposed to solve the stated problem.
