The domestic industry engaged in production of various technical materials is currently faced with the task of comprehensive development of goods production based on modern product quality control methods using advanced information technologies. Acceleration of scientific and technical progress and increasing competitiveness of products foster development of ever new promising innovative product quality control technologies. Of no small importance is the task of developing methodological foundations for product quality control under both market and import-substitution conditions.
