<p>Digital leadership plays a crucial role in the digital era, positively influencing employees’ sustainable work performance and facilitating team adaptation in a digital environment. However, previous studies have tended to explore the pathways of digital leadership influence from a single level perspective (either leader or employee), neglecting the interactive influence between the two. Based on Person-Supervisor fit theory, this study examines the interaction of leader-follower congruence in digital leadership evaluations on employee learning behaviors from both the the employee’s and the leader’s perspectives. The results show that when leader-follower congruence in digital leadership evaluation is higher, subordinates are more likely to have a higher commitment to digital change and thus be motivated to engagement in digital learning activities. 摘要

Digital leadership plays a crucial role in the digital era, positively influencing employees’ sustainable work performance and facilitating team adaptation in a digital environment. This latter relationship is more significant in workplaces with higher digital job requirements. Our research enriches digital leadership research perspectives and extends the influence of digital leadership through the congruence model.
