Purposive sampling is used in the study to choose companies from various industries, guaranteeing that pertinent circumstances are included in the analysis. This dual approach ensures data triangulation, providing a comprehensive view across diverse organizational contexts. The findings reveal that organizations with strong, inclusive cultures are better equipped to leverage the gains of a diverse workforce. This leads to heightened innovation, employee satisfaction, and competitive advantage. The study identifies a positive correlation between inclusive cultural practices and key performance metrics, such as employee engagement and retention rates. Additionally, leadership plays a crucial role in adopting a culture that views diversity as a strength. While the study specifies a robust framework for the identification the impact of diversity on organizational culture, its generalizability may be limited by the specific contexts of the manufacturing industries sectors.
