It examines gender and economic differences in these dynamics. The study takes a quantitative research strategy, gathering primary data using structured surveys from a sample of 268 employees from diverse businesses in India. Surveys were sent via social media sites, with a response rate of 84%. Data analysis gives a sophisticated picture of the interplay of several elements impacting work-life balance (WLB) and job satisfaction (JS). The findings show that remote work and virtual collaboration improve both work-life dynamics (WLD) and job satisfaction (JS) among employees. Similarly, family-friendly policies and parental leave programmes are critical in promoting healthy work-life balance (WLB) and job satisfaction (JS). Furthermore, the implementation of environmental sustainability programmes is favourably correlated with workplace culture and job happiness. The study found a substantial and favourable relationship between digital well-being, psychological well-being, and job satisfaction (JS) in the workplace. Furthermore, it emphasizes inequalities in work-life dynamics (WLD) and job satisfaction (JS) among various genders and income&#xa0;levels. The report provides practical recommendations for organisations looking to improve employee happiness and efficiency. Understanding the influence of remote work, family-friendly policies, environmental sustainability efforts, and psychological well-being on work-life balance (WLB) and job satisfaction (JS) allows organisations to apply tailored tactics to build a supportive and happy work environment.</p>
