摘要

Ecosystems are fundamental resources for sustainable human development, and changes in these systems affect human well-being. Strategies to mitigate anthropogenic pressures on ecosystems, improve the service function of land ecosystems, and coordinate development of human well-being are gaining increasing research traction. However, research on the synergy between regional land ecological pressure and human well-being remains limited. With the help of the ecological footprint framework, this study quantifies land ecological pressure in Chongqing. The combined elasticity coefficient, coupling coordination model, and geographic detector model were applied to measure the relationships between land ecological pressure and human well-being and their influencing factors, with the following results: (1) The synergistic relationship between land ecological pressure and human well-being in Chongqing has gradually strengthened, but improvements in human well-being have increased land ecological pressure. (2) The spatial synergy between ecological pressure on land and human well-being has undergone significant spatiotemporal changes. From a temporal perspective, 63.16% of districts and counties had high and complete levels of synergy at the beginning of the research period, while the levels of those that cooperated and adapted decreased at the end of the research period. (3) Increases in residents' income promoted spatial synergy, a sound ecological environment was the primary factor for achieving spatial synergy, and openness to the outside world influenced the external mechanism of synergy. The coordinated realization of land ecological pressure and human well-being in different regions requires zoning regulations based on spatial differentiation. It is crucial to strengthen resource optimization and allocation, improve the mechanism for determining land natural resource asset value, and establish a comprehensive coordination and guarantee mechanism.
