<p>In a time when climate change is an undeniable reality, its significant effects on the tourism sector cannot be ignored. This study explores the complex relationships between two independent variables climate change and technology adoption and three dependent variables sustainable tourism, tourist behavior, and destination resilience with green tourism supply chain management acting as a mediating variable in Zimbabwe’s tourism industry. This study adopted a quantitative research design, collecting primary data from 426 respondents within the tourism supply chain using simple random sampling. The sample size was determined in accordance with the Krejcie and Morgan table. Data was gathered through Google Forms and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicated a positive direct correlation between the variables, as evidenced by T-statistics exceeding the critical value of 1.96, with values spanning from 2.008 to 9.567. These results illustrate the critical role of green tourism supply chain practices and technology adoption in promoting sustainability and resilience in Zimbabwe’s tourism industry amid ongoing climate change. The study stresses the necessity of adopting eco-friendly practices, leveraging technological advancements, and implementing informed policies to cater to the growing expectations of responsible travelers while tackling climate-related challenges.</p>
