摘要

The study aspires to examine the connections among relationship commitment, human resource management practices (HRMPs), and sustainable performance using the triple bottom-line approach in a competitive market context. It also looks into how employee expertise influences established relationships. In this study, a quantitative method was used to gather data from 415 responses from Bangladeshi manufacturing companies through a survey questionnaire measured on a seven-point Likert scale using a convenience sampling method. For the statistical analysis, we used both SPSS and SEM. The results of AMOS’s maximum likelihood regression analysis point to a substantial positive link between relationship commitment and environmental performance and human resource management practices. Moreover, relationship commitment mediates the connection between the performance of human resource management practices, the environment, and the economy, and here employee skills moderate the other. This study provides original insights into how HRM practices influence sustainable performance through relationship commitment, while highlighting the unique moderating role of employee skills. These findings enrich the literature on HRM and sustainability, offering practical implications for organizations aiming for long-term success.
