Their effects also significantly improved rice yield. Crude extracts of both fungi significantly reduced seedling rot disease by 38–44% and 26–30% at 1 g/ L and 0.5 g/ L, respectively, after one year of conservation. The results in this study indicated that the crude extracts of T. asperellum KUFA 0733 and T. harzianum KUFA 0740 have potent antifungal activity against brown spot and dirty panicle under field conditions by only a one-time application in rice cv. 摘要

The crude extracts of Trichoderma asperellum KUFA 0733 and T. harzianum KUFA 0740 exhibited fungicidal activity against rice diseases in a dose dependent manner. The one-time application of crude extract of T. harzianum KUFA 0740 at low concentration of 1 g/ L significantly reduced rice brown spot disease by 67% under field trial, whereas the crude extract of T. asperellum KUFA 0733 exhibited 59% disease reduction at the same concentration. Furthermore, spraying of crude extract of T. harzianum KUFA 0740 at 0.5 g/ L showed 40% reduction of rice brown spot disease, while the crude extract of T. asperellum KUFA 0733 at 0.5 g/ L caused 32% reduction. Moreover, the one-time application of 1 g/ L of crude extract showed 50% and 44% disease reduction of rice dirty panicle disease for T. harzianum KUFA 0740 and T. asperellum KUFA 0733, respectively. Their effects also significantly improved rice yield. Crude extracts of both fungi significantly reduced seedling rot disease by 38–44% and 26–30% at 1 g/ L and 0.5 g/ L, respectively, after one year of conservation. However, the application of fungicide showed the best disease reduction for all rice diseases tested. The results in this study indicated that the crude extracts of T. asperellum KUFA 0733 and T. harzianum KUFA 0740 have potent antifungal activity against brown spot and dirty panicle under field conditions by only a one-time application in rice cv.
