This study explores the role of institutional support in the effectiveness of blended learning approaches within higher education institutions. Given the increasing reliance on digital technologies in educational settings, the research investigates how institutional policies, faculty development programs, and technological infrastructure contribute to student engagement, satisfaction, and academic success in blended learning environments. Data were collected from a diverse range of higher education institutions that have integrated blended learning models. The findings indicate that robust institutional support—comprising clear policies, continuous faculty training, and reliable technological infrastructure—is pivotal to enhancing the learning experience for students. Additionally, the study highlights the positive correlation between institutional support and student outcomes, emphasizing the importance of leadership and administrative involvement in fostering a culture of support for blended learning. Comparisons with previous research reveal that while technological tools and teaching methodologies are critical, the foundational support provided by institutions remains central to the successful implementation of blended learning. The study concludes with recommendations for higher education institutions to strengthen their institutional frameworks and provide targeted support to faculty and students, thus ensuring the long-term success of blended learning models. Future research directions include exploring the impact of specific technological innovations and the role of student-centered support services in further enhancing the blended learning experience.
