<p>Partial small bowel obstruction (pSBO) is often caused by intraabdominal adhesions. While lysis of adhesions can be considered, management typically involves hospitalization, bowel rest, and/or decompression. We present a case of recurrent pSBO managed as an outpatient with palatable elemental diet (PED).</p>

Partial small bowel obstruction (pSBO) is often caused by intraabdominal adhesions.
