<p>A new oleanane-type triterpene, 11<i>α</i>-hydroperoxyolean-12-en-3-one, together with two known oleanane-type triterpenes, oleanolic acid and 3<i>β</i>-acetyloxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid, were isolated from the fruits of <i>Morinda citrifolia</i>. Their structures were established by analysis of spectroscopic data, including 1D and 2D NMR (<sup>1</sup>H, <sup>13</sup>C, COSY, HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY) and HR-ESI-MS, as well as by comparison with the spectral data of known analogs.</p>

摘要

A new oleanane-type triterpene, 11α-hydroperoxyolean-12-en-3-one, together with two known oleanane-type triterpenes, oleanolic acid and 3β-acetyloxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid, were isolated from the fruits of Morinda citrifolia.
