<p>A new 20,28-epoxyursan triterpenoid (<b>1</b>), together with four known triterpenoids (<b>2–5</b>) were isolated from the ethanolic extract of the whole plants of <i>Potentilla nivea</i>. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic and MS data analyses and comparing data reported. Among the isolates, compounds <b>1</b> and <b>5</b> showed potent inhibition with IC<sub>50</sub> values of 21.89 ± 0.40 and 27.99 ± 0.41 μM, respectively, against LPS-induced NO generation.</p>

摘要
