摘要

One new isopimarane diterpene glycoside, xylariside D (1), and five known analogs (2–6) were identified from the secondary metabolites of the plant-derived endophytic fungus Xylaria sp. ZY-13. The chemical structure of compound 1 was elucidated using 1D and 2D NMR, HR-ESI-MS, ECD spectral analysis, and other spectroscopic methods. These compounds exhibit intriguing structures characterized by diterpenes linked to sugar groups. Additionally, the anti-inflammatory activities of all compounds were evaluated. The results indicate that only compounds 5 and 6 exhibit weak anti-inflammatory activities.
