<p>A new phyllocladane-type diterpenoid, 3-oxophyllocladane-16α,18-diol (<b>1</b>) and one known phyllocladane-type diterpenoid, 3-oxophyllocladan-16α-ol (<b>2</b>) were isolated from the bark of <i>Cryptomeria japonica</i>. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis including 1D and 2D NMR (<sup>1</sup>H, <sup>13</sup>C, COSY, HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY) and HR-EI-MS and comparison of NMR data with those of known analogs.</p>

摘要

A new phyllocladane-type diterpenoid, 3-oxophyllocladane-16α,18-diol (1) and one known phyllocladane-type diterpenoid, 3-oxophyllocladan-16α-ol (2) were isolated from the bark of Cryptomeria japonica.
