摘要

One previously undescribed sesquiterpenoid analog, trichoderyilanin (1), together with two known ones, 5-hydroxy-3-hydroxymethyl-2-methyl-7-methoxychromone (2) and 5-hydroxy-2-hydroxymethyl-3-methyl-7-methoxychromone (3), were isolated from the EtOAc extracts of the soil-derived fungus Trichoderma yilanense 18F0052. The structures of all isolates were elucidated on the basis of extensive analyses of spectroscopic data and comparison with literature data.
