摘要

A new dimeric stilbene, ampelopsinol A (1), and one known dimeric stilbene, vitisinol A (2), were isolated from the methyl alcohol extract of stems of Ampelopsis brevipedunculata var. hancei. The structure of the new compound was determined based on comprehensive spectroscopic analyses, including 1D and 2D NMR and HR-FAB-MS, as well as by comparison of its NMR data with those of related known analogs. Among these isolates, compound 1 exhibited significant ACE inhibitory activity, with an IC50 value of 7.29 μM.
