摘要

With the aim of screening more antibacterial metabolites, in this study, two new furo[3,2-h]isoquinolines (1 and 2), together with five known (3–7) analogues, were isolated from the Nicotiana tabacum-derived endophytic fungi Aspergillus fumigatus. Their structures were determined by means of HR-ESI-MS and extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic studies. Interestingly, compounds 1 and 2 exhibited notable antibacterial activity with a bacteriostatic diameter in the range of 16.2 ± 2.2 – 22.6 ± 2.3 mm against five nitrosobacteria strains; most of the bacteriostaticic diameter were higher than that of the positive control.
