<p>An effective method for adding an N atom to the C4-position of lappaconitine was developed. New derivatives (C4-<i>N</i>-derivative of lappaconitine and three of its sulfanilamide analogs) were prepared. Of these, compound <b>7</b> possessed pronounced antiarrhythmic activity, did not cause lethal outcomes, and did not exhibit proarrhythmic effects at the studied doses in mice.</p>

摘要

An effective method for adding an N atom to the C4-position of lappaconitine was developed. New derivatives (C4-N-derivative of lappaconitine and three of its sulfanilamide analogs) were prepared. Of these, compound 7 possessed pronounced antiarrhythmic activity, did not cause lethal outcomes, and did not exhibit proarrhythmic effects at the studied doses in mice.
