<p>Two new acyclic diterpenoids, 3,6,10,15-tetramethyl-6,10,14-hexadecatriene-1,2,3,16-tetrol (<b>1</b>) and 6-(hydroxymethyl)-3,10,15-trimethyl-6,10,14-hexadecatriene-1,2,3-triol (<b>2</b>), were isolated from the leaves and stems of <i>Caesalpinia enneaphylla</i>. Their structures were established by spectroscopic analyses, including 1D and 2D NMR, and HR-ESI-MS.</p>

摘要

Two new acyclic diterpenoids, 3,6,10,15-tetramethyl-6,10,14-hexadecatriene-1,2,3,16-tetrol (1) and 6-(hydroxymethyl)-3,10,15-trimethyl-6,10,14-hexadecatriene-1,2,3-triol (2), were isolated from the leaves and stems of Caesalpinia enneaphylla.
