<p>Two new alkyne glycosides were isolated from the roots of <i>Codonopsis pilosula</i> (Franch.) Nannf. The chemical structures of these compounds were elucidated using UV, NMR, HR-ESI-MS, and ECD data. Both compounds exhibited anti-inflammatory activity <i>in vitro.</i></p>
