<p>A new phenylpropanoid diglycoside, 2-hydroxy-3-methoxy-5-allylphenyl-1-O-<i>β</i>-D-apiofuranosyl (1→2)-<i>β</i>-D-glucopyranoside (<b>1</b>), together with five known compounds (<b>2–6</b>), were isolated from the seeds of <i>Abelmoschus manihot</i>. Structural elucidation was achieved by means of NMR, HR-ESI-MS, UV, IR, and comparisons with the literature data of related compounds. In addition, compound <b>1</b> displayed moderate DPPH radical scavenging activity with an IC<sub>50</sub> value of 90.5 ± 0.55 μM.</p>
