<p>Dihydrofurochromones (<b>3–6</b>), flavonol <i>O</i>-glycosides (<b>7–16</b>), and two new compounds <b>1</b> and <b>2</b> were observed for the first time in <i>Seseli condensatum</i> (L.) Rchb.f. (Apiaceae). The structures of the new compounds were elucidated using UV and NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry as angelicain 4′-<i>O</i>-<i>β</i>-D-glucopyranoside (seselioside A, <b>1</b>) and kaempferol 3-<i>O</i>-(3′′-<i>O</i>-feruloyl)-<i>α</i>-L-rhamnopyranoside (seselioside B, <b>2</b>).</p>

摘要

Dihydrofurochromones (3–6), flavonol O-glycosides (7–16), and two new compounds 1 and 2 were observed for the first time in Seseli condensatum (L.) Rchb.f. (Apiaceae). The structures of the new compounds were elucidated using UV and NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry as angelicain 4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (seselioside A, 1) and kaempferol 3-O-(3′′-O-feruloyl)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (seselioside B, 2).
