A New Isocoumarin Derivative from the Soil-Derived Fungus Aspergillus foeniculicola H1-24
摘要
A new isocoumarin derivative, namely stoloniferol Z (1), and four known compounds (2–5) were isolated from the desert-derived fungus Aspergillus foeniculicola H1-24. Their structures were determined by detailed analysis of 1D and 2D NMR and MS data. All the isolates were evaluated for cytotoxic activity. Compound 3 exhibited a certain degree of antitumor activity against C33A with IC50 values of 29.26 μg/mL, compared to cisplatin (IC50 = 18.81 μg/mL). The other compounds exhibited weak cytotoxic activity with IC50 values ranging from 19.47 μg/mL to 81.96 μg/mL.
