<p>A novel isopimarane diterpene, xylarinol (<b>1</b>), along with six other known compounds (<b>2–7</b>), were isolated from <i>Xylaria</i> sp. ZY-13, an endophytic fungus of <i>Cephalotaxus fortunei</i> Hook. The structure of the new compound <b>1</b> was established using comprehensive spectroscopic methods, including 1D and 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS data.</p>
