<p>The composition of phenolic compounds from the herb of <i>Monarda citriodora</i> Cerv. ex Lag. (Lamiaceae), from which chromatography of the <i>i</i>-PrOH extract isolated 12 known compounds including flavone <i>O</i>-glycosides, phenylpropanoids, and new flavonoids <b>1–3</b>, was studied. The new compounds were apigenin 7-(2′′-<i>O</i>-β-D-xylopyranosyl)-<i>O</i>-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (monacitroside A, <b>1</b>), apigenin 7-(2′′-<i>O</i>-β-Dxylopyranosyl-6′′-<i>O</i>-acetyl)-<i>O</i>-β-D-glucopyranoside (monacitroside B, <b>2</b>), and apigenin 7-(2′′-<i>O</i>-β-Dxylopyranosyl-4′′-<i>O</i>-acetyl)-<i>O</i>-β-D-glucopyranoside (monacitroside C, <b>3</b>) according to UV and NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometric data.</p>

摘要

The composition of phenolic compounds from the herb of Monarda citriodora Cerv. ex Lag. (Lamiaceae), from which chromatography of the i-PrOH extract isolated 12 known compounds including flavone O-glycosides, phenylpropanoids, and new flavonoids 1–3, was studied. The new compounds were apigenin 7-(2′′-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl)-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (monacitroside A, 1), apigenin 7-(2′′-O-β-Dxylopyranosyl-6′′-O-acetyl)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (monacitroside B, 2), and apigenin 7-(2′′-O-β-Dxylopyranosyl-4′′-O-acetyl)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (monacitroside C, 3) according to UV and NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometric data.
