摘要

A new cyclic dipeptide cyclo (L-Pro-D-Trp) 1, along with the known compound cyclo (L-Pro-L-Trp) 2 (brevianamide F), was identified from the rare actinobacterium Crossiella cryophilis CGMCC 4.1710. Extensive spectroscopic analysis, including 1D NMR and HR-ESI-MS, were employed to elucidate the structures of these compounds. The absolute configurations of compounds 1 and 2 were determined by comparing them with four chemical synthesized standards (cyclo (L-Pro-L-Trp), cyclo (L-Pro-D-Trp), cyclo (D-Pro-L-Trp), and cyclo (D-Pro-D-Trp) using HPLC-HRMS analysis. However, no bioactivities were detected from the bioassay conducted.
