<p>A new carotane sesquiterpene glycoside, 3<i>β</i>-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)-6,8a<i>β</i>-dimethyl-1<i>β</i>,2,3<i>α</i>,3a<i>α</i>,4,8a-hexahydroazulene-1<i>α</i>-O-<i>β</i>-D-glucopyranoside (polymorpholide-1-O-glucocside, <b>7</b>), along with known compounds 2-[4′-phenyl]-2-hydroxy-ethanol (<b>1</b>), tyrosol (<b>2</b>), protocatechuic acid (<b>3</b>), vanilic acid (<b>4</b>), cimifugin (<b>5</b>), uracil (<b>6</b>), and 5,7-dihydroxychromone-2-carboxylic acid (<b>8</b>) were isolated from the leaves of <i>Angelica polymorpha</i>. Their structures were elucidated using spectroscopic method, including extensive 2D NMR techniques.</p>

摘要

A new carotane sesquiterpene glycoside, 3β-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)-6,8aβ-dimethyl-1β,2,3α,3aα,4,8a-hexahydroazulene-1α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (polymorpholide-1-O-glucocside, 7), along with known compounds 2-[4′-phenyl]-2-hydroxy-ethanol (1), tyrosol (2), protocatechuic acid (3), vanilic acid (4), cimifugin (5), uracil (6), and 5,7-dihydroxychromone-2-carboxylic acid (8) were isolated from the leaves of Angelica polymorpha. Their structures were elucidated using spectroscopic method, including extensive 2D NMR techniques.
