<p>A new dihydrochalcone glycoside, 4′-hydroxy-6′-methoxy-3′,5′-dimethyl-<i>α</i>,<i>β</i>-dihydrochalcone-2′-<i>O</i>-<i>β</i>-D-glucopyranoside (<b>1</b>), and six known triterpenoids (<b>2–7</b>) were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of <i>Empetrum nigrum</i> L. var. <i>japonicum</i> K. Koch. The structure was established by spectroscopic analyses, including 1D and 2D NMR (<sup>1</sup>H, <sup>13</sup>C, COSY, HMBC, and HSQC), UV, and HR-ESI-MS.</p>

摘要

A new dihydrochalcone glycoside, 4′-hydroxy-6′-methoxy-3′,5′-dimethyl-α,β-dihydrochalcone-2′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), and six known triterpenoids (2–7) were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Empetrum nigrum L. var. japonicum K.
