<p>Two new lignans, named (7′<i>R</i>)-7′-hydroxy-5′-methoxylariciresinol (<b>1</b>) and (7′<i>S</i>)-7′-hydroxy-5′- methoxylariciresinol (<b>2</b>) were isolated from the stems of <i>Cinnamomum tenuifolium</i> (<i>Lauraceae</i>) and the roots of Coix lacryma-jobi L., along with five known compounds, (+)-syringaresinol (<b>3</b>), (+)-medioresinol (<b>4</b>), (+)-pinoresinol (<b>5</b>), (+)-lariciresinol (<b>6</b>), and (+)-5,5′-dimethoxylariciresinol (<b>7</b>). The structure of the new lignan was elucidated by spectroscopic and physical evidence.</p>

摘要
