Secondary Metabolites of Corn Silk

摘要

A new alkaloid, 2-dodecyl-3-hydroxy-4-quinolone (1), along with five flavonoids, 5,8-dihydroxy-7,3′,4′-trimethoxyflavone (2), 5,8-dihydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxyflavone (3), 5,8-dihydroxy-7,2′,3′,5′-tetramethoxyflavone (4), 5-hydroxy-7,2′,3′,5′-tetramethoxyflavone (5), and 5-hydroxy-7,2′,3′,4′,5′,6′-hexamethoxyflavanone (6), were isolated from the corn silk. The structure of the new alkaloid was elucidated by chemical and physical evidence.
