A New Alkaloid of Nelumbo nucifera

摘要

A new alkaloid, (Z)-2-(1′-amino-2′-hydroxyvinyl)benzoic acid (1), along with 11 compounds, including five aporphines, (–)-nuciferine (2), (–)-nornuciferine (3), (–)-asimilobine (4), (–)-anonaine (5), and (–)-roemerine (6); two oxoaporphines, lysicamine (7) and liriodenine (8); two isoquinolones, northalifoline (9) and thalifoline (10) and two steroids, β-sitostenone (11) and stigmasta-4,22-dien-3-one (12) were isolated from the rhizomes of Nelumbo nucifera. The structure of the new alkaloid was elucidated by chemical and physical evidence.
