Chemical Constituents of Seriphidium transiliense and Their Anti-Inflammatory Activity

摘要

Seven compounds were isolated from Seriphidium transiliense, of which 1–5 and 7 were obtained for the first time. Compound 1 was a new natural compound that was previously synthesized. Compounds 4, 5, and 7 in LPS-stimulated BV2 cells inhibited the NO content with IC₅₀ 42.24, 44.03, and 35.67 μM, respectively.
