Flavonoids from the Aerial Part of Cephalaria gigantea

摘要

Cynaroside, cosmosiin, isoorientin, kaempferol, quercimeritrin, and gigantoside B, which was a new compound with the structure 3,5,7,3′,4′-pentahydroxyflavone 7-O-(6′′-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl)-β-Dglucopyranoside, were isolated for the first time from the aerial part of Cephalaria gigantea (Ledeb.) Bobrov cultivated in Samara Region. The chemical structures of the isolated flavonoids were studied using UV, ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectroscopy; mass spectrometry; and chemical transformations.
