A New Benzoylphloroglucinol from Vietnamese Garcinia schomburgkiana Fruits
摘要
From the Vietnamese Garcinia schomburgkiana fruits, a new compound, guttiferone X (1), together with two known compounds, guttiferones I (2) and K (3), were isolated and structurally elucidated. Guttiferone X (1) was evaluated for its α-glucosidase inhibition, showing moderate activity with an IC50 value of 135.1 μM.
