New Cyclomucidoside C from Astragalus mucidus
摘要
A new cycloartane-type triterpene glycoside that was called cyclomucidoside C was isolated from the aerial part of the plant Astragalus mucidus Bunge. Its chemical structure was elucidated based on 1H and 13C NMR spectral data (COSY, HSQC, HMBC). Studies of extracts of A. mucidus and cyclomucidoside C did not show antibacterial activity against the three strains Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
