摘要

A new γ-lactone, namely pseudopithomyceslactone A (1), and three known compounds were isolated from the endophytic fungus Pseudopithomyces sp. J6. The structure of 1 was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis combined with ECD calculations.
