Aggreganoid G, a New Methylene-Bridged Sesquiterpenoid Dimer from Lindera aggregata
摘要
Aggreganoid G (1), a new methylene-bridged lindenane sesquiterpenoid dimer was isolated and identified from the roots of Lindera aggregata. The structure was elucidated by spectroscopic analysis including MS, IR, 1D, and 2D NMR spectroscopy. The bioactivity evaluation indicated that compound 1 possessed a cytoprotective effect against alcohol-induced oxidative injury in HepG2 cells.
